Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days (excluding weekends). All our packaging is plastic free.

UK Orders:

Your order is shipped for flat rate of £3.50.

We use Royal Mail or Hermes services. Delivery is usually within 2-3 working days from dispatch however please allow 5 days especially at times when there might be disruptions in service. If your parcel still hasn't arrived after 5 days please contact us that we can investigate further. Our service providers don't  consider a parcel lost until up to 10 days after its delivery due date. We apologise that we will be unable to replace your order until then.

International Orders:

The world is our oyster! To support our international customers we introduced the following shipping rates for selected countries:

Europe: £15

US & Canada: £25 (Medium); £40 (Large)

All International parcels are sent via Royal Mail International Standard service or Hermes International. Estimated delivery times for this service are 3-5 days for Europe and 7-10 days for the rest of the world.

For orders sent outside of the EU, customs charges can sometimes be applied upon receipt of your order and are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit, though we will provide all the information and assistance to locate your parcel. If you would like to upgrade your international shipping to a tracked service, please contact us for a price.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We take great care to provide accurate photographs of all our fabrics, however colours may vary on different monitors. Please take advantage of our free swatch service if you are unsure. Please however be aware that when purchasing fabric, it may vary slightly in colour from one batch to another.

As our fabrics are cut to order they cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. 

Unused and unopened products (excludes cut to order fabrics) can be returned in their original condition within 14 days.

In the unlikely event your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please email us on info@pinandsew.co.uk within 7 days of receipt. Please include detailed description of the damage, supported with photographs if possible. All fabric, if faulty, must be returned unwashed and uncut in any way.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.

Return Shipping: Please do not send your order back without contacting us first. If you are returning faulty goods, we will pay the cost of return postage. Please ensure that you obtain the proof of posting.

Fabric Swatches are non-returnable.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
